Care Ministry touches the heart of the church. It ministers to those that are hurting, celebrates with those who have new additions to their families, and contacts those that visit our church to thank them for coming. New Moms- This ministry assigns a mentor to expectant mothers in our congregation and they encourage and assist them. Elanda Ware is the director and you can contact her at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Single Moms- This ministry connects single moms to help each other and offers topics of interest to help as they raise their children. Rose Mary Payne is director. You can contact her at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Deployed Family Support- The Deployed Family Support Ministry is set-up to assist families of love ones who are serving in the armed forces. The ministry will provide help and support to those families by providing assistance wherever it is needed. Some examples of the services that are provided by the ministry include:
-Provide babysitting when requested by the family
-Run errands when requested by the family
-Entertaining the children by taking them to movies, to sporting events, to lunch, etc.
-Provide counseling when identified and requested by the family
-Prepare a meal for the family
-Mow the lawn and other light yard work, etc.

Seasoned Warriors- Those over 50 get together the3rd Thursday of each month for a service with Praise & Worship and a message. They also go on trips or have special dinners to get to know each other. Nursing Home Ministry- We are in 5 nursing homes each month. Louise Gilbert is director. You can contact her at 478-396-6236
Funeral Care- There are teams from each ministry that assist when there is a death of a spouse, child, mother or father. A menu is set and the meal is prepared and taken to the family’s home. Contact Linda at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
10 Minute Touch- This is a ministry to our first time visitors and helps connect people to our ministry, even though it’s large we maintain the aspect that everyone is important and we do know you were here.
